Romeo C. Agbayani, Jr., MD is the senior physician at Marin ENT and a long-standing leader in Marin County otolaryngology.

Dr. Agbayani received his Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned his medical degree at Tufts University in Boston with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He completed his Otolaryngology–Head and Neck residency at Kaiser Permanente Oakland, where he received teaching and research awards.
At Marin ENT, he cares for pediatric and adult otolaryngology conditions and performs advanced specialty procedures that include hearing reconstruction, sinus surgery, office sinuplasty, snoring procedures, head and neck surgery, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, laser laryngology, and select cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Agbayani has been an active MarinHealth Medical Center staff member for nearly three decades, has served on numerous hospital boards, and is Chief of Otolaryngology. He remains committed to accessible, patient-focused care in the community he serves.
